Oakland Goes Outdoors

Working with the design and marketing team at the San Francisco Foundation, I developed a visual identity system for their initiative, Oakland Goes Outdoors (OGO). OGO aims to provide every middle school student in Oakland equal access to environmental education and nature-based experiences. Feedback from the students highlighted a strong emotional connection to Oakland and oak trees, which inspired the final mark. The vibrant identity fosters a sense of pride among students, while also conveying growth, learning, and youthful energy to potential donors.
